Candi’s dream was to one day own her own studio while raising her two daughters. She grasped every opportunity to gain as much knowledge and experience to turn that dream into a life goal. Candi is an esteemed top artist with a vast following . Through her determination and dedication, her dream became a reality and Candi Girl Ink was established. Candi has over 20 years of tattooing and body piercing experience. Candi also carries with her over 15 years experience in the cosmetic and anesthetic nursing field. She began as a body tattoo artist at Headlight Tattoo in Westville, New Jersey, Candi has amassed an amazing portfolio of body art tattoos. While working as a body art tattooer, she also worked as a full-time scrub nurse at Cooper University Hospital. Candi’s passion, her artistic ability, and her cosmetic nursing experience had led her to further her career in the cosmetic tattooing field at A NuReflection. Not only did she serve as the sole body artist, piercer, and top-level permanent makeup artist but she was the daily operations manager. Candi received her Permanent Makeup Certification from the world-renowned Craft Master Ina Vez Permanent Makeup and Micro Blading Academy. Candi is a member of the National Tattoo Association. She is a licensed Body Artist/Body Piercer. She is a member Of the American Nursing Association and is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) Candi also holds the OSHA Blood-born Pathogen Certification along with her BLS/CPR Certification. National Laser Institute Certification in body contouring. National Laser Institute certification in microneedling. Candi is very family oriented and enjoys spending her spare time with her two daughters, many nieces and nephews, her siblings, parents, and friends whom she considers family. She also enjoys outdoor activities especially the beach.
